Wedding Outfit

Did you receive a wedding invitation and are you already thinking about which dress will be better for this occasion? Usually this what-to-wear dilemma is a problem for a lot of friends of mine so I was thinking was useful to share with you some of my tipps for the best wedding outfit.

My first rule: finding a look for a special event is always difficult, but when it comes to the perfect outfit the best thing is always to choose for timeless elegance.

A city wedding is the perfect change to go all out and dress to impress, I will suggest a chic classic style with some modern touch. This season I will recommend to choose for monochrome instead of colourful stamps more suitable for spring and summer events. Please remember: nothing white! This colour belongs to the bride in this event, she has to be the queen of the day and we don´t want to steal her the show, right?
Accessories have a primary role, they will give importance also to sober, simple outfit like a black dress or tailleur. Please make a good choice on shoes and bag: comfortable shoes to stand all day dancing and celebrating and useful bag to be free in movements but having all what you need at the same time. High heels but also mid-height block heels are fashionable way to go and a statement clutch to complete the classic outfit.

This Saturday we were invited to a wedding of a friend of mine, so I got the inspiration to write down this post. I love weddings, I love the emotional atmosphere full of love and promises, I love the feeling of celebrating something so unique and special like the union of two persons who decide to spend their life together.

For this wedding, I chose a pink dress with soft feathers, brown high heels combined with a maxi brown clutch and a black coat for the fresh outside temperature. I added also a mini grey clutch to use during the night party, big enough to carry my phone and my lipstick and make me feel free to dance and celebrate all night long.
